Creating a save between my laptop and PC

I was wondering how to make a save that I can use for my laptop and pc so it's not going to fry my laptop much but it'll play fine on my PC so all of the UK leagues and no European players database? here is my specs

You can easily run 8 countries with those specifications. 

Around 50,000 players will be a good starting point. Don't get scared of 0.5 star processing time. It's not that bad especially if it has just reduced from 1 to 0.5.
