Player fatigue during game what specifically is affected?

I know that the risk of injuries increases but does speed, stamina, decisions etc. get affected by fatigue?

Might depend on the injury ? Leg injury then speed is affected . Stamina depending on how long the player is sidelined for . Decisions would be a confidence issue so a long time injury would lower the confidence.  Etc etc

It certainly should. I'm still waiting to see evidence that it actually does. It ought to be impossible for a part-time team with teenagers and old warhorses can gegenpress for 90 minutes and keep it up over a season, but I'm seeing reports that this still happens. In my own save I do see tired defenders visibly struggling, but I'm in tier 3 of N. Ireland so that's just as likely to be their low workrate and other attributes.
