Starting/Closing the game

First of all, I want to say sorry If this is not the right section.

This is my problem when I close the game and I try to start that again (the game is still open but is not, also on task manager does not appear):


I already tried, but nothing happen:
- Reinstall FM
- Reinstall Steam
- Delete game and Steam cache
- Verify integrity of game files

The only way to start the game again is to restart PC or close Steam thanks to task manager
Game or steam problem? It is very frustrating to close steam every time from the task manager

I just click the logo and "quit game and exit", but this happen also whit alt+F4 or other method

But today the problem is solved, maybe it was something with the sync!
