problem with editor fm23

Fm22 editor works correctly

FM23 not work

when I save a file I see it in the editor but then I can't find it in the specific folder.... 
if i load the game the file does not exist
the strange thing is that it saves me the file in fm23 with the PC name while in fm22 it uses my steam account

 

I try everything.. but nothing
