[FM23] Cant even go to " China, North Korea ... " to play friendly matches

Hi, I am not supporting the war, I am just testing. I try to use any Russian team, and I cant go to " Russia friendly countries  such China, Iran..." play friendly matches. 

 

It is not making sense. Anyway to unlock this ? Again, I am NOT supporting the war, it is just logic and want to know if there is anyway to unlock this,

In reality rarely Russian teams come to China for friendly, even for Far East based clubs. It's same before 2023 or covid, little to do with geo-politics
