change player training intensity for X days

hey i would like if it is possible if u would add an option when setting training intensities to make it a little more dynamic and add an option to set a player to train for example "2 days at half intensity" just like now u can set rest for 2 days (image 1).

currently when u change manually the intensity of a player his morale gets affected because the change is seing as "permanent" if i need a player that was at an international call up train half intensity for X days because he his a little tired/fatigued i get a "debuff" for changing his training intensity but if when the physio automatically changes de intensity acording to the training rest settings (image 2) the player does not get a debuff in moral.
