We have been doing a lot better lately, but we still only have a five point gap down to the relegation play-offs.

Only the one point this month. But there are some good news, as Patrick Gosvig (YP17b) has started to score more goals! That is the guy I wanted to step up after Marcus Roos (YP16a) was sold.

Youth Intake Preview

Down to a 4.5* preview for the first time in many years. If we get what is suggested I will be happy however, as a striker is needed.

A long time since we got a upgrade!

We are safe for another season, and that was the only goal this year. After the incredible start with the 5-0 win against Vålerenga, I thought we could finish even higher. But when we sold Marcus Roos (YP16a), and it turned out that Vålerenga was absolute crap, this was a decent end to the season. I felt like the offensive players disappointed us, but when I look at the final table, only four teams scored more goals than us.

Youth Intake 2041

After a sliiiightly disappointing youth intake last season, we get a brilliant one this year! Five players that has a 5* PA rating is great considering that the best player at the club is rated as a good Eliteserien player! Sorted by PA, Daniel Bath (YP19e), is rated lower than four other players, but I feel like he might be the biggest talent this season. I also like the look of Markus Semb (YP19a).

Amazing start to the new season! The only game we lost was against the title holders, Bodø/Glimt. A 3-1 win away to Molde is one of the best games of the save so far, as they were the only team to keep up with B/G last season. Newly promoted Gjelleråsen won their game in hand, and is currently second in the league.

We're scoring so many goals! Another great month, even though we lost two games. Gjelleråsen is the big surprise of the season (if we don't include us), and is currently only one point behind us.

I have absolutely no idea what is happening, but we are topping the Eliteserien just over halfway in to the season! It is very close behind us however, and with a couple defeats we could tumble down the table.

 

In other news. One of our former players, Marcus Roos (YP16a), played his first game for the Swedish national team. A decent start!

He is also rated a "Key Player" for Molde.

He is already a very good player. If he improves, if only a bit, his finishing, passing and some physicals, he could become a very good inverted winger/inside forward.

Almost perfect month, with us getting 10 out of 12 points. We actually managed a point against B/G, a team that we have been struggling with every time we have faced them.

Speaking of B/G, I have no idea what is happening to them, as they have fallen down the table. In the last 10 games they have won two games!

Two more players can potentially get their debut for two national teams.

Patrick Gosvig (YP17b) has fired on all cylinders this season, and in the main reason we're doing this good in the league. Last season we struggled close to the bottom of the table, and he scored five goals over the entire season. This season he has 23 goals, and we still have a way to go!

Another great month, even though Gjelleråsen beat us.

We are still top of the league though, and I feel like I have to use only U18 players from now on, because this has been to easy, we can't win the league in the second season as a Eliteserien team

After I joked about sending out only U18 players, we lost both of the games we played Three games to go, and we face HamKam, Aalesund and Brann. I just want to finish top five really.

Youth Intake Preview

We have decent cover for every position now to be fair. A good talent in any position and I will be happy!

That 2-2 game against Aalesund was the title decider! If we had not conceded in the 88th minute we would have won the league on goal differenceBut as I said in an earlier post, second is very good. I feel like we overperformed this entire season. Not only did we finish second in the league, but the Norwegian league has grown so much over the years that finishing second qualified us for the Champions League!

Other than us, Gjelleråsen surprised everyone. This is their first season ever in the Eliteserien, and what a season it was! They finished fourth, and is qualified for the Conference League.

I just want to point out three players from the squad, just to show much they are growing when we actually have the worst possible training facilites.

Giant Sale!

We could not keep hold of Thomas Gudmundsen (YP17a) for another season. He got a BIG money move to PSG. 13m is so much money, so I could not say no. We even get 50% next time he is sold. If he ever changes club again that is.

I did not realise he was a described as a Wonderkid until we sold him!

Youth Intake 2042

The twentieth youth intake of the save, and it looks like a good one! The three I've posted a picture of below all looks like good prospects, but my favourite has to be Roar Husby (YP20c), he has the pace and finishing I want in a striker. Other than that, it shows that we had another upgrade to youth recruitment over the last year, as many of the players comes from other places than Oslo.

For the first time ever I have a Moldovan in my team! After selling our star man, I need a new player in the middle of the field, and he has to do a job there. He is absolutely tiny, and has no strength, but I need him to perform.

A very busy month, six games in the league, and two Cup games. We should have got more points against Skeid and Kristiansund, as they are teams close to the bottom, other than that I am happy.

After another good month we're second behind Rosenborg. Molde has really improved from their horrible season last year, and has the same amount of points as we have.

Roar Husby (YP20c) has already taken the second striker position, at 15 years old!
