JippeKippe
Im trying to make the four first leagues in England to to have less teams. Premier league 18 instead of 20. Championship, league 1 and 2 to have 20 instead of 24 but i cant get it to work. Have done it in previous fms but now i get nation rules error when trying to verify. I have removed and moved teams so the leagues have right amount of teams and changed the required teams section. It seems that required teams section doesn't take my changes. It still says Premier league needs 20 but I changed it to 18 in the riquired teams section. Uploading screen and the file hoping to get some help from you guys! alian62
Without looking you have 20 listed somewhere... Usually in required teams , stage rules , get teams section or most common is pro/rel is wrong .
sandbag g45
HI, seems like somewhere youve removed 2 teams from the premier league, or you may have extended to league without adding addition teams. The editors quite intuitive and helps the best it can by giving you the answer in that error. Edited November 11, 2022 by sandbag g45
rusty217
There are about 3 or 4 places you have to change the teams figure, not just on the required teams page. Have a look at the general rules for the competition, the league settings page and the teams page for the league stage.
JippeKippe
I got it working. I had to do all editing in xml file instead. The required team page didnt save my changes in the xml file.
