Mentoring - 2 significant influences, 1, significant effect

I have 3 players in a mentoring group. 2 of them are senior players with significant influence and the other is a very young player who is affected significantly, all in the same training unit and position. 

Assuming I want traits from both senior players to be imparted onto the young player and assuming that I only have a need for this one player to be mentored, will he actually get double effects from both senior players?
