Tato23 skin HELP..

Hi everyone, I'm trying to download the new Tato23 skin but when I do it it downloads as a Internet explorer file and doesn't seen to work. I need to be able to get into the files to add my own tactics pitch. I'm not the best when it comes to computers so any advice would be much appreciated. Or if anyone has downloaded it could you send it to me.
