Fixed matches between 2 groups

Hi,

I have a competition with 2 groups and I would like to set up a match between teams from different groups. I did the first part, a match between teams from different groups, but I would like each team to have a specific opponent.

 

This is the competition. There are "Zone 1" and "Zone 2", but in there is a matchday (7) when each team plays against his "rival" from the other group.

 

Groups are exactly like real life:

I made this configuration in 'group setting'. There is a match between teams from different groups (group 0 vs group 1, no. teams in other group = 1)

 

Then in 'fixture plan rules' I set the 14 matches to 'specific matches', but then in the game these fixed matches don't happen.

 

 

Is there something I'm missing?

EDIT: I added the file I'm editing. The competition is "Copa de la Liga Profesional", the first rules 2023.
