But I found the way how to do it. So, download tactics and/or shortlists as usually. Open folder: for tactics: C:\Users\*user-name*\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Console\Temporary\add_ons\tactics for shortlists: C:\Users\*user-name*\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Console\Temporary\add_ons\shortlists copy your file in correct folder and IN PROPERTIES PUT IT AS READ ONLY.
