Even if half of those 16 hours the game was just in the background, you should seriously consider a small change in life, because that doesn't seem mentally healthy. Just my personal honest advice, I hope I don't offend you and you don't take it in a bad way. I would only understand such playtime if you are stuck at home/bed for some reason...
