league has not finished in time for the season update

I'm currently working on the peru league by changing the vanilla version from the game.

After making some changes, I keeps getting the error saying my league has not finished in time for the season update.

 

The league date range was set from Jan to Dec.

 

But the actual fixture dates were within Feb to Nov.

 

I have given 5 days of match days but still cannot past the test.

Can anyone give me some advise how I can fix it?

My DB is also attached if you would like to take a close look at it.
