nicholas.shen
While I'm working on a Peru league file, I have noticed these tricky extra info types which look like created specifically for Peru. Has anyone been able to make use any of them? From my testing, it seems the only one is working is "Team must finish at a position X or above in league". For the rest, I have no idea how system determines if the team wins a stage, finish at top doesn't work. Even giving the champion status doesn't make the job done either. rusty217
I think the top one is used in some default rules. I believe it's for when you have an opening/closing stage and an overall winner. So rather than having a champions playoff between the opening/closing stage winners if the closing stage winner also won the opening stage they'd just automatically be made champions rather than needing a playoff. For that to work you'd also probably need the other stage to use it's own competition and have it's own history. I've tried, and failed, to get it to work. TBH I wasn't particularly committed to the idea so didn't try too much and just went a different direction when it didn't work.
nicholas.shen
I can understand the idea to have those additional types is great. It's really sad if it cannot cope with stages within the current competition or sub-competition. No wonder the default Peru DB does not work properly.
