Contracts & Transfer Setting Problem?

I couldn't determine which forum exactly this fit into but...

I cannot locate or figure out the setting, or responsibilities area that will prevent my GM or the Technical Director (after I fired the GM for this issue) from the following things:

• Extending contracts of squad players- I want complete control of this and the GM extended the contract of a GK I intended to move out or release
• Taking action on loan offers, despite the fact that I have the setting "I'll respond myself" set on every available loan player
• Agreeing to loan player related to the above for no fee or salary contribution

Every responsibility setting I can find sets these examples to my control, yet it is still happening.

If you've set certain responsibilities related to transfers and contracts which aren't being kept to, please raise it via our Bug Tracker with examples (ideally a save game that shows it) so the team can investigate further.
