Just finished a match and the screen is stuck on the panoramic view of the pitch

Hey all, playing FM 2023 Touch on Apple Arcade, just finished a game and the screen is stuck on the panoramic view of the pitch. When I try and progress by pressing the “arrow” on the bottom right of the screen nothing happens. When I go out of the game and reload it I get brought back to the same screen so I’m kind of stuck. 
 

Anyone know a fix or a workaround for this?

Try to load a older save game. If you have auto save on, you should have a save from one week earlier.
