Transferring teams from one competition to another

Hey, i have this america qualifying comp to the world cup, i made a playoff of 4 matches to qualify them to the world cup playoffs, just like this:

 

and this is how i put the fate actions:

 

in the World Cup Playoffs, this is how i set the qualified teams:

even though, it just cant verify: 

when i test competitions it seems ok:

but in the main competition (World Cup Playoff), random teams appear, those with seed 100.

someone good in the editor can help me?
