The Every Nation Challenge + Building a Nation - Finn Harps

Hello and welcome to my FM23 save with Finn Harps in the Republic of Ireland! In this save I'm taking on 2 different challenges. The first one is the every nation challenge, one which I remember seeing on these forums a while ago, where you have a player from every FM nation make 10 appearances. This includes over 200 nations. I'm also doing the build a nation challenge, which Second Yellow Card popularized on YT. This challenge entails making the country your club is in the top of the UEFA European nation coefficient chart. I'm not nearly ambitious enough to expect to finish either of these challenges, but here's hoping!

The Squad:

This is sorted by the nations that the player represents. This means we can knock out the following nations in just the first season:

Australia, Croatia, England, France, Jordan, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, and the USA. 

Looking at the nation club coefficients, we're 39th, which is awful. The Vanarama National League is just 5 spots below us on the league rankings. Long way to go so let's get started!

We've signed our first player, to hopefully knock out Afghanistan.

First 3 months of the year down, and it started great! Until we faced Sligo and Dundalk.

We're still top, somehow.

Nations Completed so far:

Iran, England, Australia, France, Ireland, Jordan, USA, Spain all done so far.

In the next two matches we knocked out Croatia and Scotland.

We've also signed a Réunionese midfielder to knock out our first African nation.

First match! Not a bad debut from the center of midfield.

We've signed this versatile defender to hopefully tick off Germany.

It's been a very good run of form. Out of the cup, but all I want is league position.

Top somehow still after dropping points in a lot of draws.

Here is the star of our first youth intake. Looks like he could be a great CM(A).

Here is our last 4 games, all wins.

Which means we win the title! We're into CL qualifying.

Signings coming in. Kerr is just for depth, the other four will all come in with the hope of them crossing another country off the list.

We're bankrupting the club with all these signings, but they're all to help with the champions league push/challenges.

We've done alright so far, two poor losses, and we're yet to face Dundalk.

Dundalk on top, us in second with a game in hand. All I want is Europe again, I don't expect us to win the league again.

We've signed a much needed new goalkeeper. Won't tick off a nation, but we will hopefully make some serious profit on him.

Hoping to tick off Burundi & South Sudan with these two guys.

Season 2 Review

We were drawn into a rough ECL group and we finished bottom, but we won our final match at APOEL to gain some coefficient points.

We improve a whole 2.375 points from the previous year, all thanks to us and Dundalk.

Our squad isn't big enough to do a European campaign and a league one, so we suffered.
