Revamp of Coaching Badges - Licenses

Dear SI,

Since we have the license for UEFA Competitions, it's time to see an overhaul in coaching badges - licenses in Football Manager to reflect the UEFA standards. For both Senior and Youth side of the game.

UEFA C: 2 months to be completed to reflect the 60 hours, 23 CA points gaining (Attacking, Defending, Fitness, Mental, Tactical, Technical, Working Youngsters, Tactical Knowledge)
UEFA B: 4 months to be completed to reflect the 120 hours, 23 CA points gaining (all UEFA C attributes inc.)
UEFA A: 6 months to be completed to reflect the 180 hours, 24 CA points gaining (all UEFA C attributes inc. plus People Management increasing)
UEFA Pro: 1 year to be completed to reflect the 360 hours, 48 CA points gaining (all UEFA C and UEFA A inc. attributes increasing)

Youth A Elite (mandatory someone to have the UEFA B or UEFA A license)

For Youth Coaches

UEFA Goalkeeper B (UEFA C mandatory) - (16 CA points in GK Technical Attributes distribution)
UEFA Goalkeeper A (UEFA B mandatory) - (32 CA points in GK Technical Attributes distribution)
