[PGE] Spread around continental money/more dynamic financial relationships

It would be nice if there was a way to take a team's initial TV money and/or prize money from a specific competition and spread it around their leaguemates in another competition, as in San Marino where Champions League money is apparently split 15 ways:

In a system almost inconceivable anywhere else in Europe, all UEFA money earned by Sammarinese clubs is pooled and split 15 ways by the national federation, the FSGC.

Wondering if this could also be achieved with affiliations/club relationships by specifying the nature of the financial relationship in a more specific way (and/or removing the concept of a "main club" in such financial relationships)
