FM23 Editor black screen - HELP

Hi, 

So I wanted to play around with nation club competition coefficients - so I downloaded FM23 Resource Archiver and amended the comp editor file (nation) as per below below - I've done in previous versions of FM succesfully.

I changed row <boolean id="is_read_only" value="true" /> to <boolean id="is_read_only" value="false" />

Problem is, this time its completely failed and I just get a black screen when I load in editor. I thought I had a back up of my Comp Editor file but its not in my google drive where I thought it had loaded for me to use as a back up. I've now deleted the comp editor file completely hopinh when I reinstall FM23 editor the file would reinstall but that hasnt work and I now get the error in the attached file. 

Please can some help so I ca at least get FM23 editor back - and also, f anyone has any suggestions on how I can amend nation club competition coefficients that would be great.
