please how would I make every player in the game start as a free agent and also make it so their are no registration rules in the english premier league.

Hi!

For the free agent part, just search for players using "Person type is Player" as a filter in the editor, select from, I don't know, 100 or 200 at a time, click in "Edit" at the bottom right corner, go to "Club Contract" under the "Contract" tab and change their Club to "None".
It will take you a good while to do all.

For the registration thing for the EPL, you need to go to "Nation Rules", "Add lower divisions and cups to existing structure", select "England" and then "Convert to advance rules" under the "Rules" tab. There, you want to check "Match Rules" under "England" to find the correct one that's been used for the EPL.

In this case, I think, is rule 6.
