rusty217
Like this: When getting the host team assign them a seeding, then in the group settings set Invalid Groups For Seeding, choose the seeding you assigned the host nation then choose every group you don't want them in. Here I've said Groups 1-7 can't have teams with seeding 0 (the host team) so the only possible group they can be put in is Group 0, or Group A. To do it with multiple hosts you could either just reduce the number of groups they're prevented from being in and set Max Number of Seeded Teams per Group = 1. Although this does have the downside of single hosts still being able to be in those other groups too, so it wouldn't guarantee the host is in Group A, unless you have the maximum number of host nations. Alternatively you could use multiple seedings. When getting the host nation set it to a maximum of 1 team and give them seeding 0, duplicate that and set the new one to seeding 1 and so on. Each instruction will only pull 1 host nation and assign each one a different seeding, then set up the Invalid Groups for each seeding to ensure they're placed in the right groups. You'll also need to avoid using any of the seedings for host nations for any of the other teams. So if you're using seedings 0, 1 & 2 for three different host nations then seedings for the regular teams should start from 3.
