1. A  target man in the AMC position
2. A 'cover position' for players (ie allow a specfic midfielder to cover an attacking fullback
3. Offer the outgoing manager a chance to be your DOF or remain at the club in a technical capacity as Mentor etc
4. When watching another teams match live or highlights select a player or players to be given a scouting bump
5. Recommendations from ex-players or staff on someone to take a look at coming through there academies
6. Training Rating history over a season in a progress graph with an indicator where he had been praise/criticized.
