Changing logo for a created club

Hey,

Ive been struggeling changing the logo of my created club for hours now.

I have a logopack that is working fine, and i know how to change config files.

But trying without success for a while, im not sure if the logo of a created club is actually changed in the same way as other "real" clubs.

You set the logo placement on your harddrive when you create the club - therefore it will not be in what ever logopack folder youre using - therefore changing the logo in the config will not do anything? And if i change it in the config, maybe it sets that logo ID before it automatically gets changed on loading the game?

Im out of ideas at this point.

Can someone plesase help?

I don't understand this bit. You create your logo, you name it the id of your club, you add it to your logo pack. You add the id to the config file.

Clear cache, reload skin - boom!

I mean when you initially create your club - you import the logo from a location on your harddrive, see this screen:
https://diamondlobby.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Edit-club-info-FM23.webp

Thats why i thought that maybe it saves that image somewhere seperate - as that is not being put in the graphics folder at any point

I know it should be so simple with the Unique ID and the config, but its not changing the logo

Another problem im having, which may be related:

For some reason my initially set (when creating the club) SMALL logo is half the size of other logos.. Again this is the initial set logo, using the ingame importer, and the SMALL version is automatically made by the game.. So why should it be wrong size - very wierd
Again this is NOOT located in the logo pack folder, and its ignoring when i set a new one - so maybe its saved into the savefile itself? And that may load AFTER reading and setting the logo config - therefore overwriting whatever i set in there..

If you created your club through FM's 'Create a Club' feature, then logo/kitpacks etc. won't work apart from what you initially set when creating it. There is something in code that over-rides it to create the club initially that prevents the config/graphic method working.

If you want to create a club with custom graphics, better to replace an existing club in pre-game editor and create them using an alternative database.

Thats what i thourght, from trying every method i could think of.

Thanks for the answer, i wont waste my time then.

It would be nice if SI could make it a feature that you can update your logo - through ingame club options, or just as a normal thing clubs do from time to time.

Agree - i've fed back on the feature before also noting you cant load kit graphics with the method in game either. If they're happy for you to create a club through a feature it should be improved or it just limits the freedom to those who understand pre-game editor etc.

But anyway...other features I'm sure benefit a wider number of users. If they won't touch set pieces I doubt they'll update this feature any time soon!
