Hi! I know that scouts' knowledge increases world knowledge. But how about other staff members? If I build staff fro all over the world will they expand my world knowledge?

yes, all the staff do; as you see below my U18s Coach is contributing to knowledge of Ireland..

With regard to the total club's scouting knowledge and the individual scouting knowledge there is still one question that I was not able to find an answer for:

It's clear that the club's knowledge is built by the knowledge of all staff members - and that every scout does have individual knowledge of certain countries.

However, what is the connection between these two, if at all? My point is: what is the advantage for the club to have knowledge of country X, when my scout who does not have knowledge of country X will not be able to find (a certain amount of) player, when he has the assignment to do so?

Is world knowledge just about extending the number of player visible in the player search? Or is there more?

I think it's just a shame to have a scout with high adaptability, being perfectly able to "discover new land" - but no one else (no other scouts) has an advantage from his new experience. Only he will be able to find players in that new country.

I hope I was able to explain my point.
Thanky everybody :)
