krakonico
New game, new expectation, and I wanted a new challenge, and what more that do the L10 challenge. So, the premise is the following: Level 10 database is activated with no other database add-ons. Start a new game with all leagues activated down to Level 10. In-game editor is disabled. Pick a club at Level 10. Manager with no coaching badge. Start with a Sunday league footballer reputation. No additional languages beyond those generated by your nationality(ies). No 2nd nationality for me. Added players to playable teams. Any database size, any start date. Requirements Win as many trophies as I can. You will get points for winning League's & Cups based on the reputation of the competition, (Example if you win the FA Cup you will gain 156 points, win the midland league premier division and you will get 20 points etc) You must win the Competition while you are the manager (the competition must not have finished before you takeover as manager) If you gain promotion from a lower League you still get the points for that competition. (it just wont be counted as a trophy unless you win the league) If you get sacked you will need to apply for jobs at Level 10 clubs. You can only apply for jobs for teams that are in Level 10 and started the 1st season at Level 10.

Thanks, let's see what we can do. Until now we are performing very well in the league (see next new flash), and have a good run in the FA Vase, not the same with the other cup. krakonico
2022/23 End of season report Best XI Moments to remember FA Vase report League New season's budget But we will mainly transfer all that we can to the payroll and continue searching in the free market. Are the board crazy??? Even we had an average of 72, we had a loss of 90K+ in the season, adding 33K more, and our finances will be a grim reaper for us. krakonico
2022/23 Board Expectations Review Southern Counties East League Division 1: Top Half Finish - Won FA Vase: Be competitive - 5th Round Southern Counties East League Cup: Be competitive - 2nd round Definitely it was a great year, didn't imagine that we were to win the tittle, and in what form, with 5 games to play, and it was cause the big undefeated run we had at the beginning of the season. Only losing 3 and 3 draws. 2023/24 Board Expectations Southern Counties East League Premier Division: Reach playoffs FA Cup: Be competitive FA Vase: 1st Round Southern Counties East League Cup: Win 2023/24 Board Expectations Southern Counties East League Premier Division: Reach playoffs I can't predict a win, but we will try. The finances are not so good to hire players better than those we have. FA Cup: Be competitive First time the team are in this competition, so we are not going to predict anything. Passing a round or two will be good for us now. FA Vase: 1st Round. We reached the 5th round last season, so repeat this will be also our goal. Southern Counties East League Cup: Win This put press in our team, but we will try.

krakonico
Flash News - December 15th, 2023 As you can see, we're well positioned in the league, with 12 points from the second position. In the FA Cup we did what we could do as we were close to the proper rounds. In the FA Vase we are just one victory to to repeat the success of last season, can we win this one? Maybe. In the last competition we past the second round, let's hope we can be at least in the final round. In the transfer side of the team, we lost our first international, this guy: a He was an Oldham Athletic product but seemed that was snatched by Wolves, sadly for him he couldn't make the team. We capture him in our first season, and even he only played ten games he made an impact. In this season he only made 5 appearances, as he was selected for his nation. Nd AFC Sudbury made him a contract that we couldn't in our dreams to match.

krakonico
2023/24 Board Expectations Southern Counties East League Premier Division: Reach playoffs We really surpassed what they wanted, we won the league, and in what form as we settle it with four games ahead of the calendar. What was surprise to me is the fact that we lost to the lower end of table teams, while we beat the top fighters, couldn't believe it. FA Cup: Be competitive We just expected to be one or two rounds, but we managed to reach the 2nd qual round. I'm satisfied in this one. FA Vase: 1st Round The board didn't believe we were going to do what we did, and as we got the past winners in the first round, we thought that we were going to live just the expectations given, and then saw that they were in our same division and were doing badly, so... we fought, there were some battles we thought we were to lose, but the penalties were our lucky charm here. Southern Counties East League Cup: Win The board wanted it, we delivered... So our first trebble in this save, and now promoted to the Regional Divisions. krakonico
Bermondsey Town Bermondsey Town Football Club, champion of the South... two times promoted as champions of L10 and L9, now the team are in Regional Leagues territory, trying to go further in their long term vision of being champion of the World. This year we have four competitions to attend, the league "Isthmian League South East Division", and three cups competitions, as the nationwide FA Cup, the National League cup the FA Trophy, and the regional cup the Isthmian League Cup. In this season our main goal is to establish ourselves in this league, and set foundations to reach the next level. The cups competitions will be secondary, only to gather prize money to build up our finances, that as for now are a disaster. Well, not so much, as we got a profit in the last season, despise that we are still in red. We will try to get players from the free agent market, and maybe we will explore the Loan market, to see if there are some valuable players that are willing to join us temporally, 2024/25 Board Expectations Isthmian League South East Division: Avoid relegation FA Cup: Be competitive FA Trophy: Be competitive Isthmian League Cup: Be competitive 2024/25 Manager Expectations Isthmian League South East Division: Avoid relegation As we haven't gauged this league, and we have almost the same team we had in L9, and not money to hire better players, so, we will try to fight relegation and try to snatch middle table. FA Cup: Be competitive We had history to reach four rounds, we will try to repeat last season, and maybe grasp another round. FA Trophy: Be competitive First time here, we won't have too much, as same as the FA Cup, even we are a semi pro team, we don't have any player in part time, all of them are in amateur contracts. Isthmian League Cup: Be competitive Same as above, we will test our chances, but not push too hard the players. Players for this season: GK J. Hoskins took the No. 1 as our previous left the club, but he gave us some great moments in the past season, even those finals. In one game he stopped a penalty that I believed was going to enter. I believe that he could do a decent job behind the bars, but I need another GK either to replace him as 1 or be the second, as the other two choices I have are not good enough. Defense We have several players, including our start DL Mvemba, who won many accolades inside the team, and was one of the pillars of our backyard, returning is P. Anale who left us last season, but we catch him up again, he has experience in this league. For the rest, we will look in the market, as many of them are not material for this league. Kettle is also a good player, but is not as young as we want, and probably, if not signed by other team, will be his last season with us. Midfield And here start our headaches, some of the guys have the "potential" to be in the Regional Premier divisions, but their actual abilities are far below to the Counties Leagues, a dilema, and as you can see, one of the starting MC is better as a Striker, and he is used in both positions. He's our guy. 29 goals in 37 matches, and mainly played as a MC. Strikers This is another department that we need to focus, for the time being we don't have problems at all, mostly since Duane "Orochimaru" Ofori-Acheampong gave us several memorable goals in the short time he is with us. He came in November 2023, and played 17 league matches, with 16 goals, almost a goal per match. His nickname is because is hard for me to say his last name when watching the match (and more as I'm re-watching Naruto :P) We hope we can retain him. The new kid of the block, we signed him in after the last cup match, he seems a promising striker for us. Connor promised me in a little chat we had, that he will prove wrong the coaches. The tech team said he is not capable to play at this level, and also for his age, he won't improve. Facilities As for this season no upgrades to the facilites but the stadium, due to regulations our ground was not big enough, so the board rented one bigger. So we left the "St Paul's Sports Ground" to the "Copthall Stadium" with 3,000 seats and 1,400 seats.

krakonico
Bermondsey Town End of the season (*) 2024/25, It was a convulsed year, the team was in four competitions, we did a good job in all of them. 2024/25 Board Expectations Isthmian League South East Division: Avoid relegation FA Cup: Be competitive FA Trophy: Be competitive Isthmian League Cup: Be competitive We clearly went above the board expectations as we: Isthmian League South East Division: Won the league, although in the last scheduled day. FA Cup: Reached the first qualification round, one less than the last year, but still remarkable. FA Trophy: We reached the 2nd qualification round Isthmian League Cup: Won the competition, as the last faced teams were almost from our same division. The final was against a team placed 10th, so that was a piece of cake. We were almost behind in the league, from 9th to 6th in the first half, As you can see, October was our nightmare, but then, after some inclusions, the team managed not only to survive the season, but to start closing the gap between the leaders. The finances are a disaster, went to 200K+ in red, and probably I will have to start giving part-time contracts to new (and old) players, so, it will be harder for us to maintain a competitive team for next season, but who knows. Notes; (*) It took me more time due to RL issues. Let's hope the next season won't be as long as this one.
