Lower league tips

Can you please suggest lower league tips (specifically for league two)

Stay below wage budget, free agents, loans from higher divisions without wage contribution (if you can), have fast players as much as you can, try to process more in FA Cup for some good income, search for Senior Affiliate is some examples.

Play 433 , tall player as a striker , don't over complicate tactics as they don't have the expertise  so keep it basic .

I dont know the youth situation in league two but in my lower league journeys the youth team usually produces no usable player and i make them all free agents, have minimal staff (only the HoY who also may be youth assistant manager) and get some better youth players for free or very little transfer fee that also acts as subs if my first team has an injuy crisis or to many matches in short time and is fatigued.

I'm playing with an amateur team for the first time and the mistake I made was to sign players the way I'd do if I was managing a bigger team (mental attributes are very important) but I learnt that the only thing you need is pace and acceleration for most positions then for defenders you need acceleration and jumping reach
