Is it possible to remove players from a database during a Game ?

Hello,
I want to know if it is possible to export my current game as a database. In fact my game is quite slow so I want to remove players from the database, but I don't know how. However, I don’t want to restart a Game and I want to keep my actual team with. I think it may be possible to export my save as a database, to start a new game with this new database.  Do you know if this is doable?

You have the option to remove leagues while in a save, this way your game should run faster when the leagues update (for most leagues it's June/July), no need to export the game to do that.

Yes I already did that, but my game is still slow. Actually the problem is that I choosed too much players. How can I remove players ?

Removing players isn't possible except when you would remove a competition that has an excessive amount of players in it. If you have a lower league file loaded that can happen for instance.
