In January transfer window with Braga I sold players for 49M and bought for 8M yet income and expenditure from transfers are both around 35M in January.

Can someone explain this?

I have no idea where this transfer expenditure comes from. I was not aware of any clauses, and I can not find any in the transfers window.

I mean I spend 8 million on transfers and there is 35 million transfer expenditure, Do you really think a clause would cost me 27 mil?

You sold Ricardo Horta for 30M and there is a clause that 75% of his next transfer will go to third party and 15% will go to Malaga. So 90% of that amount is gone. That is 27M + 8 = 35.

Thanks for solving what was the riddle for me. There is no way of checking what clauses were on the contract after the window is closed and transactions are done. At least I couldn't find one.

Too bad I hoped this transfer would substantially improve my club's financial position.

Funny that those clauses were in since he came on a free transfer about 5 years ago.

Yeah, it´s very unfortunate clause but as I google Ricardo Horta, it seems that there is really some issue with his rights.

It´s good to go through transfer clauses in transfer centre and get to know all of them. As I look at Braga´s clauses right now, it´s quite a mess
