Create a Club affiliate group

So here's my query

I want to create a group like Red Bull and CFG.

I wanna play a multiverse where I will manage a few of the teams in question, yes I'm crazy. 

So my first Question is in terms of actually setting it up, Say Aston Villa will be the top parent club,

+ 1 MLS team (either modify St Louis as they have clean slate or do Colorado Rapids due to Colour), Brusbane Roar (Keeping with the lions theme) + Club Deportivo Aston Villa (Colombia), Cobh Ramblers and Trabzonspor

I understand I would tick the same owner box and stuff like that, BUT in terms of making it the easiest it can be in terms of moving players between clubs, is there any way or a box to tick or affiliate type that would ensure a player moves to on loan to the club I want him to go, ANY tips for this sort of setup would be great.
