Difficulty level suggestion

I would like there to be a switchable difficulty level in the game, the way I envisage it would be to have say:

Very Easy - 25% penalty to opposition matchday attributes

Easy - 15% penalty

Normal 

Hard - 15% penalty to User matchday attributes

Very Hard - 25% penalty 

I feel such a change could expand the player base in Football Manager
