Best tactical guides for beginners?

Hi there I’m new to FM, what’s the best guides as a beginner I can read to gain a better understanding of what to do. Especially when trying to create a possession orientated tactic

About 6 posts below this one (currently) is a thread all about possession systems written by Cleon - “The Art of Possession Football”.  You won’t find better 👍.

I think this one might be much better though. As I flipped tactical styles from a low possession one, to one that dominates possession using the same player roles in both. Not only that but there is also a lot of analysis about the tactic and talk around why it works. Then even more analysis around data and stats and how the tactic can evolve. It's much more complete and is beginner friendly imo as it's in-depth.
