Nations treated as...

Recommended Posts

Could anyone explain the difference between (in regards to a custom made nation that is not a member of the actual EU):

a) Nations treated as EU

and b) Nations treated as non-foreign?

Thank you

P.S. Also, when it comes to a nation that is not a member of the EU - does 'EU' in this case still stand for the EU, or for any other agreement this nation is a member of?
