Ivan Elez Posted January 31, 2023 Share Posted January 31, 2023 Could anyone explain the difference between (in regards to a custom made nation that is not a member of the actual EU): a) Nations treated as EU and b) Nations treated as non-foreign? Thank you P.S. Also, when it comes to a nation that is not a member of the EU - does 'EU' in this case still stand for the EU, or for any other agreement this nation is a member of?
