How to sell expensive player in minor league ?

I need to remove a very expensive player have tried to offered it to clubs with a low transfer value and still gets refused, how to get rid of expensive players as I am in a lower league and over wage budget ?

In lower leagues it’s almost impossible because of the amount of free transfers that are available and every team is poor.

Try loaning the player out with the team paying at least some of his wages if not all

Not working either way, seems no one wants to loan him, unless I pay for most of his wage, everyone else also sees the player wage as too high !

Try to terminate the contract, let him go for free, spam loan/transfer offers and pray while trying to make him sign a cheaper contract...

In the lower league there will be usualy no transfer fee high enough to validate sticking to a player if the player is to expensive or does not deliver.

Since FM13 in germany i got two times something in the 200k range when i was Tier 4 or Tier 3, the transfer fees outside the Top Tier are simply catastrophically bad.

Ended up angering the player, and he has now low morale, do not understand why is there a player taking more than one third of the wage budget in a lower league. Will just try to terminate the contract to get rid of him.
