MichaelNevo Posted February 12, 2023 Share Posted February 12, 2023 (edited) Players Past, Present & Future for FM23 I am undertaking a massive project at the moment which will take some time, with my aim to bring a Past, Present & Future database to the FM community, something a little different to the usual legends databases. I have also already created an FM/CM legends database which you will be able to use alongside the PPF database. Below is a list of the FM/CM Legends and if you have any suggestions for players to add to it, let me know in this thread, I will be sure to add them in. Also for the younger players in the database, I will be giving them a potential ability between -9, -9.5 and -10, which should make things a bit more interesting. Also, alongside their age, they will be playing for the club that they were at based on their age, for example Zlatan Ibrahimovic would be 18/19, so will probably be playing for Malmo. Eusebio will have been around 23 year old, so he will be playing for Benfica. The Present & Future database has been fully completed along with the CM/FM legends (just awaiting requests for more players). I am now currently working on the Past databases and these will be made into Era's. Currently I am working on the 2010 - 2022 era, working my way backwards in time. You are correct I think, having just looked on his wiki, I just pulled a name out of my head earlier and searched it on google quickly, don't know why it said Barcelona. MichaelNevo Posted February 17, 2023 Author Share Posted February 17, 2023 Just a little update, I have made some really good progression over the past 24 hours and I'm now up to around 17,000 database changes. I had to go back over all the players I'd already done and remove their International Caps and some other changes, which I have now completed and I am now on with players aged between 22 and 27, so the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Luis Diaz, Marcus Rashford, Youri Tielemans and so on. I have opted to go with a Potential Ability Range for the players from present and future, which should add some diverse saves should anyone wish to use the database, with the exception of players such as Haaland, Mbappe, Ronaldo and Messi who are such high potential already that making it diverse wouldn't make sense. I think for the players with around 160 - 180 potential ability, it will make things a lot more interesting in game. If you do wish to see a particular player image from in-game, let me know, however here are some pictures from the editor to give you some idea of the players in those Potential Ability Ranges... I have also spent a little time on creating a CM/FM legends database to go along with this, in the same format. I'm going to 'post it here' initially to see if anyone can spot any problems or has any suggestions on players to add. My focus will now be on the past. I'm thinking I might do it in era's and probably once I've done the 1980's and above I will upload what I've got so that people can start playing, whilst I continue to work my way down to the 1900's! If anyone has any ideas they wish to share, don't hesitate, all ideas are welcome. I'm hoping that this will appeal to a wider range of people than just those who want the R9's, the Ronaldinho's, the David Beckham's etc... As you will notice from the list I have done so far, I am adding in players who aren't just world class, but legends in their own right.
