Questions about CL rules and structural modifications

I want to change the rules and structure of registration in the Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League.

1. I want to change the rules for registration in the Champions League, but I know this is very difficult. Do you happen to have a file to refer to? If not, I will process it manually with FMRTE.

2. I want to do it the most, but why does the top four teams in the top four leagues automatically advance to the CL? I want to fix this. I would like to change this seed assignment, leaving the total sum of the UEFA club competitions unchanged. Is this structurally difficult, too?

Both are very difficult, if not impossible.

The first issue is the format change in 2024. As far as I'm aware it's not possible to get it to actually change while using edited UEFA competitions. So either you permanently stick with the current format (haven't tested this myself, but I assume this is how people have done no-format change files), or you have no UEFA competitions for the first 2 seasons then the new ones from 2024 onwards. You might be able to edit registration rules if you're willing to stick with just 1 of the formats and not have it change in 2024. But even then, editing squad registration rules for continental competitions is difficult since they're not really accessible like domestic league rules are.

For #2 you'd effectively have to re-create the entirety of all 3 UEFA competitions from scratch. You can't edit qualification places in the default rules, so you'd need to make brand new ones that replace them instead.
