[Suggestion] - Newgen superstar staff appearing out of nowhere

I’d like to entertain the idea of getting rid of the newgen staff members that appear out of nowhere, and often have superstar attributes. It is immersion breaking, finding people that are Guardiola or Ancelotti level, never heard of before, and no previous experience in football.

Would existing staff, and retiring players not be enough to populate the world with staff?
