Tactic changes when disconnected from online game

Hello everyone,

I'm Chaat, I've been playing FM for a few years now and started playing online the last few monthes. Forgive my english as it isn't my native language, I'll do my best to be understandable.

As I was saying, I started playing online with a friend for a few month. Everything worked fine in the beginning, then my friend moved to some place where its wifi isn't that great (yet enough to play most online games). 
During our online games, we've encounterd many disconnections and we tried a lot to fix it. (I'm not going to bother you with what we've tried as it's not the subject of the topic)

During these disconnections, I lost  all control on my team (can't make substitutes, change tactic or anything) and I've noticed that my tactic was changed by the game and it becomes complete nonsense (5-3-2 become 4-3-3 or 4-5-1....). At first, I thought it was because of the assistant coach favorites tactics but when I changed him so his favorite tactic matched mine, it still happened.
If you have fixes, I'll take it but again, I'm not here for that. I was wondering if there could be a fix so we could take back control on our team after a disconnection. And if not possible, force the game not to change our tactic and eventually just change players (if possible depending on their note or on their physical condition).

I also hope my friends move again soon to some place with better internet
