Squad Comparison

There is a player I'm interested in signing whose best position is as a CB, but he can also play competently in a couple of other positions.  When I look at the squad comparison on the scout report to check is rating against my players it shows ratings for right back.  How can I change it to show the ratios for the CB position ?  I'm sure its something simple but I can't figure it out.

Whenever I do this for possible signings it almost always shows the ratings for a position I'm not interested in.  Very frustrating.

I have no idea if this is just available on this skin but on the bottom right of the screen where it says advanced playmaker there is an arrow facing down, if I click on that I can then select other positions
