Does the CA/PA file effects only players that have changed stats? or is it at the same time use the baseline of the latest official update? Eksempel: a certain player gets buffed in the official update. I start a new game and I use a custom made CA/PA file file from previous update. Is the player still updated in my new game even if he was not touched in the CA/PA file? Can I use a custom CA/PA file that was made a few months ago with the upcoming winter update and still gets the changes from the winter update?
