has anyone had any luck custom making this top part ?

or maybe just had any success adding things to it

That panel itself is hard coded (and I have never been able to find the graph panel) but you can go via section meta data and change the panel that is displayed there. 

However, there is nowhere else in game that stores that much detail season by season, which is somewhat annoying and limiting. 

I would, however, be really intrigued to see what people do. Sometimes I look at a panel and think - as a community, what could we do together, taking in everyone’s tastes etc, to make this a better use of space. This could be the perfect project.
