Carambau Posted June 6, 2023 Author Share Posted June 6, 2023 (edited) FEARLESS AND FAITHFUL SEASON 2038/39 THE TRANSFERS Henrion and Tsoutsikas wanted more game time so they went. Milambo didnt have the level anymore and the rest are the usual loans for match practice. Central defender Savvenas will be loaned back to his former club for the season. We needed a left winger and so Juan Gonzalez came in. THE TEAM ANALYSIS Goalkeepers Bruno and then the 2 youngsters Ekwalla and Muller. Defenders No changes here. I hope the development continues. Midfielders Gonzalez should fit right in on the left wing. Attackers The usual suspects. THE CLUB NEWS We were able to hold our team together for another year. Top but with more defeats than usual. And tough in the CL too. And again against our kryptonite Regensburg... Anyway, we did it again. We just have the best players. Another DFB Pokal for us. But it really wasnt too hard. We made it to the Champions Leage Final again. And who is our opponent? Bayern of course! Spoiler And there we have it! We win that damn thing! And it could not be a more fitting opponent in the final. I guess now it is time to say goodbye. AWARDS Joaquin Martinez again won the Ballon d´Ór. He also won the other award.
