Subscribed Files

I subscribed to too many leagues in the workshop on release and when starting a game it was too confusing so I deleted the files in the editor folder.  They didn't disappear if I unsubscribed.  So I deleted them.  I then unsubscribed to the leagues in the workshop.  

Now that the winter update is out I want to resubscribe but they won't re-download.  Is there a hard reset or editing a config file somewhere to fix this.  Or is it just a full game reinstall to fix this?

Maybe right click the game in your Steam library and "verify local files" or whatever it is (keep in mind this re-adds fake.lnc and similar files if you've deleted them since the last patch). Other than that, I can't think of anything
