Can't use coaches from B team for first team training assignments

Hi model citizens,

as the title says, I was very unpleasantly surprised that I can't use coaches from my B team for first team training assignments. As the staff numbers are limited in different clubs, it is really hard to fill in every training responsibility with a first team coach. So I usually used coaches from U23 to help and train some categories or at least push down the workload.

Now at my Hearts save there is no possibility to use B team coaches I hired. Is it because the B team is more like a separate club? I suppose there is a difference between U23 and B team, but I feel it should still be possible to use the coaches as you share the training facilities and the club ground in general. (?)
