New format Fifa World Cup

Fifa decided the upcoming world cup format to consist of 48 teams in 4-team groups. 

To my knowledge in fm this is still the 3-team group format?

Will this be adjusted via update, or is this adjustment something that will be taken into account for the next itteration of the game fm24 in November?

We've had the final big update, so it's too late for FM23.

I didn't say that. I said we had the last BIG update.
