[suggestion] Delegate training to staff, but they select from your designed training schedules.

As it stands now, you delegate to your staff and they just assign training weeks based on a variety of things that aren't entirely clear to the manager.

Instead, allow us to tell the staff to pick from our designed schedules. It seems like a happy medium between the labor intense self-scheduling and the dumby-AI scheduling.
