Preferences - Size of text & image

Lads, I'm playing on 95% zoomed out this year and sometimes I play directly through my laptop while other times I connect it to an external monitor. 
When I do change between the two, the size of text & image goes back to default everytime (100%). 

Just curious, is there any way from outside the game to set 95% to my default preference?
