rusty217 Posted March 25, 2023 Share Posted March 25, 2023 Probably not. A lot of the international tournaments/qualifiers have either a maximum, or even fixed, number of teams. If affiliating extra nations to FIFA puts them over that limit it will either just ignore them anyway or break. Asia would probably be fine. I believe non-FIFA nations participate in Asian WC qualification anyway since it doubles as Asian Cup qualification, they're just excluded from the final round. Adding them to FIFA should just remove that exclusion. Africa, North America and Oceania I have doubts about though. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
